# How membo.app works

membo.app is an online service for clubs and associations: it collects membership fees, issues a digital membership card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and tracks memberships over time. Nothing to install, no subscription: the club only pays fees on the fees it collects online.

## In four steps

1. **The club creates its account** on membo.app in a few minutes: name, country, email. It sets its pricing tiers (annual, junior, family, lifetime…), its colour and its logo.
2. **The club connects payments**: the identification with our payment provider, Stripe, is done from the dashboard. Fees are paid directly to the club's bank account.
3. **Members join online** from the club's public page or a shared link: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TWINT in Switzerland. They immediately receive their membership card in their Wallet, or a web card if they have no Wallet.
4. **Renewals run themselves**: email reminders before the due date, a card that turns grey once expired with a renewal link, and automatic renewal if the member chose it.

## What the club gets

- A public club page, editable live (cover, logo, colours, description, social links, partners).
- A payment page with several tiers, promo codes, one-time payment or automatic renewal.
- A dashboard: member list, statuses, exports, CSV import of existing members, history of each member.
- Events with tickets, invitations and attendance, including for non-members.
- A card scanner for access control.
- Team access, limited by scope (members, finances, events, access control…).
- Accounting: payments, fees, exports.
- Six languages: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch.

## What the member gets

A membership card on their phone, in the club's colours, showing their status and validity, updating by itself, with a QR code the club can scan. A "my cards" space gathers their memberships, with one-click renewal.

Sports clubs, cultural associations, alumni networks, from a few dozen to several thousand members, in Switzerland, Europe and beyond.
